Introduction
What Trakily measures, how the pieces fit together, and where to start.
Trakily is web analytics that answers one question first: which marketing brings paying customers? A small script records visits, and a read-only connection to your payment provider brings in payments. Trakily links the two, so every channel, campaign, referrer and page shows revenue next to visitors.
How it works
There are three moving parts, and only the first is required.

What you get
- Revenue by source. Visitors, revenue, conversion rate and revenue per visitor for every channel, referrer, campaign, page, country and device.
- Customer journeys. The visits, goals and payment of each new customer, in order.
- SaaS metrics. MRR, churn, ARPU, LTV and MRR movements, straight from your subscriptions.
- AI traffic. Visits from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and other assistants are grouped into their own channel.
- Alerts and reports. Goal alerts by email, Slack or Discord, a weekly summary and traffic spike emails.
Privacy in one paragraph
By default the script sets two first-party cookies on your own domain, _trakily_vid and _trakily_sid, so a visitor who comes back days later to buy is still recognised. If you prefer, a cookieless script keeps no visitor id at all and rotates anonymous ids every day, at the cost of weaker multi-day attribution. Read Cookies and cookieless mode before you choose.
