Team and sharing
Invite teammates with roles and share a read-only dashboard with a link.
Roles

Roles are per website. A website always needs at least one owner.
Invite teammates

Open Settings → Team (owners can invite).

Enter an email, choose Viewer or Member and click Invite.

They get an email with a link to join. Invites expire after 7 days and must be accepted by someone signed in with the invited email address.
Pending invites can be revoked. To hand over a website, change another member's role to Owner. Anyone can leave a website from the team list.
Share a public dashboard
In Settings → General → Shareable dashboard, switch on Share a public link. Anyone with the link can view the dashboard read-only, without settings or team. The Ads card is hidden on shared dashboards, and the page is not indexed by search engines.
There is no password option. Turning the link off revokes it immediately; turning it back on creates a new link, so the old one never works again.
